Claire Bingham, MS Cofounder, Food Scientist
Claire Bingham specializes in helping small and midsize companies successfully launch and grow their brands. Her experience spans from concept refining to factory scale-ups. Claire’s passion for early-stage innovation led her to consult on confectionery projects and expand into beverages, bakery, cannabis, and protein products. Claire holds a Chemistry degree from Loyola University Chicago and a graduate degree in Food Science from the University of Illinois.
Mariam Ingersoll, MS Cofounder, Food Scientist
With 11 years at Wrigley/Mars, Mariam Ingersoll excels in developing gum, mints, and confections. She has also innovated in health and wellness (protein powders, electrolytes, adaptogens) and plant-based products (milk, cheese, yogurt). Her expertise extends to beverages (ready-to-drink and ready-to-mix) and personal care. Holding a Master’s in Food Science from the University of Illinois, Mariam blends academic and industry knowledge to drive product innovation.

Brandon Jahner, president of Foresight Food Research, is dedicated to making exceptional food science accessible. Brandon's expertise spans from confectionery to meat alternatives, natural preservatives, and non-alcoholic beverages. A BYU Food Science graduate and active member of PMCA and AACT, Brandon is committed to supporting clients in creating innovative, high-quality food products.
